|Robert Radchuck is a corporate executive and a management consultant with extensive experience advising domestic and international clients primarily in corporate governance, strategic planning, finance and business development. |
Mr. Radchuck retired as a partner of KPMG. While at KPMG and its predecessor firms, he held senior management positions including over ten years as Managing Partner of the Halifax Office. He was also responsible for starting and leading the management consulting practice in the Atlantic Region. His industry experience includes being the chief financial officer of an international trading company and president of a telecommunications company.
Currently he is on the boards of IMP Group International Inc., Farmer’s Dairy Cooperative Limited, Dalhousie University and Schooner Cove Marine Limited. He is past chair of the boards of Voluntary Planning of Nova Scotia, the Halifax Chamber of Commerce, the Halifax Water Commission and the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia.
He graduated with a B.Sc. and a Diploma of Engineering from Dalhousie University, a B.Eng. from the Technical University of Nova Scotia (DalTech), and received a Chartered Accountant designation from the Ordre of Chartered Accountants of Quebec. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia awarded him a Fellowship.
He currently holds professional memberships in the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia and the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia. He is also a member of a number of business, community and social organizations. .
