The Aerospace Division is located at three sites within Nova Scotia where it provides engineering, depot level maintenance, auxiliary services to military aircraft, avionics production, and the manufacture and assembly of metal and composite components for aircraft manufacturers.

The Aviation Division, Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group, offers a full range of airline and corporate aircraft maintenance, modification, avionics, sales, interior refurbishment, flight management and ground support including refueling. Innotech-Execaire operates from eleven airports across Canada.

The Marine Division has 12 locations across Atlantic Canada and the Eastern Seaboard of the United States. A recognized supplier of services to the Marine Industry, the Marine Division offers supply chain management, industrial rigging, inspection services, and commercial fishing equipment.

The Healthcare Division, CAN-med Healthcare, has a business portfolio spanning four distinct segments of the healthcare field: Medical/Surgical Supplies & Equipment, Health Imaging, Mobility Equipment and Dental Supplies.

IMP Solutions provides information technology services to a wide range of sectors including healthcare, aerospace, aviation, transportation, manufacturing and hospitality.

IMP Customer Care provides bilingual, customer contact services to a multitude of sectors such as travel, financial, telecommunications, broadcasting and information technology.

IMP’s portfolio of Resorts, Hotels, Property Management and Real Estate Development includes:

• the Holiday Inn Select Halifax Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia,
• the Oak Island Resort and Spa located on the scenic South Shore of Nova Scotia,
• the Oak Island Ocean View Village (currently under construction) located adjacent to Oak Island Resort,
• the Hydrostone Place, located in the fashionable Hydrostone Market area of Halifax,
• in excess of one million square feet of commercial real estate.
