David Gossen joined I.M.P. Group International Inc. in 1984, immediately following his graduation from St Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. His career progression has taken him through several increasingly challenging positions to his current position of Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of IMP Aerospace. In his current position, he is responsible for the direction and management of a broad range of aircraft maintenance and in-service support operations from coast to coast, with over 1,500 employees including aircraft technicians, engineering, publications, and material management specialists. Mr. Gossen is on the Board of Directors of Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC) and serves on the IMP Executive Management Committee.
