Stephen Plummer serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of I.M.P. Group International Inc., and is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. His 30-year career at I.M.P. has taken him through increasingly responsible positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of I.M.P.’s subsidiary, Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group based in Montreal, and Director of Operations for I.M.P.’s Industrial and Aviation Divisions in Halifax. Mr. Plummer has served on various boards over the years including the Halifax Chamber of Commerce (Chairman in 2004), the Halifax Grammar School, the Metro United Way, and the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada. He is also a member of the National Business Aircraft Association, as well as the Canadian Business Aircraft Association. Mr. Plummer sits on the Board of Trustees for the QEII Hospital Foundation. Mr. Plummer is a graduate of Dalhousie University with a BSc in 1976, and an MBA in International Business in 1978. He has taught part-time at all three Halifax universities in both undergraduate and postgraduate business programs. In 1998, Mr. Plummer was the inaugural recipient of Dalhousie University’s “Outstanding Achievement in Business” Award. Mr. Plummer has been named one of the top 50 CEOs in Atlantic Canada by Atlantic Business Magazine in 2009 and 2010. I.M.P.
