Kenneth C. Rowe to be Inducted into the Order of the Business Hall of Fame

On November 17th, it was announced that Mr. Kenneth C. Rowe will be inducted as a Companion to The Order of the Business Hall of Fame at an awards ceremony set for May 11, 2010. Joining Mr. Rowe with this honour are Anthony S. Fell, Chairman (retired), RBC Capital Markets; Jacques Lamarre, President & CEO (retired), SNC-Lavalin Group Inc.; Paul M. Tellier, Corporate Director; and Lynton R. (Red) Wilson, Chairman, CAE Inc. and Chancellor, McMaster University. These five prominent business leaders are recognized for their business excellence and honoured for their outstanding personal achievements and enduring contributions to Canadian society.

This is the highest honour in Canadian business and they are all deserving recipients.”
The Order of the Business Hall of Fame was established by Junior Achievement of Canada in 1979. Companions are nominated by their peers and are chosen by an independent selection committee representing Canada’s foremost business, academic and media institutions. The Order of the Business Hall of Fame celebrates the outstanding achievements of Canada’s most distinguished business leaders, past and present. Over 150 members of The Order of the Business Hall of Fame currently serve as inspiring examples for all young Canadians.
