Stephen K. Plummer to assume the role of C.E.O for IMP

I.M.P. Group International Inc. today announced the following senior management changes effective April 1st, 2009:
Mr. Kenneth C. Rowe, C.M., presently the Chairman and C.E.O., will become the Executive Chairman.
Mr. Stephen K. Plummer, currently the President and C.O.O., will assume the additional responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.) and the title of Group President and Chief Executive Officer.
In announcing the changes, Mr. Rowe remarked, “Mr. Plummer has worked in various levels of management at I.M.P. for over 30 years and, with the Group presently in a sound position in its various businesses, I feel this is the appropriate time for the Company to make these changes.”
