Engineering

The Avionics Division has on-site engineering capabilities with expertise on a wide range of wire harness applications and experience in reverse engineering of aircraft systems wiring.

The Avionics Division engineers work with experienced manufacturing and technical staff to develop form-fit-function replacement harnesses to original engineering drawings or on a build-to-sample basis.

Within the Avionics repair and overhaul sectors, the engineering team provides solutions to maintain legacy avionics systems through parts obsolescence and component modification initiatives, which improve MTBF at a fraction of a system replacement cost. The Engineering team can also assist with the development and certification of avionics or wire harness compliance testing, analysis and prototyping.
