Manufacturing capabilities include:

Sheet metal detail parts
Machined components
Rigid tube assembly manufacture
Sound proofing and trim details

These activities are supported by a wide range of machinery and equipment.

Versatile and Experienced All programs at IMP and our customers are being supported by a versatile and experienced aircraft part manufacturing capability.

The manufacturing shops are able to build-to-print from OEM or IMP engineering drawings. We also manufacture specialty parts for aircraft and component repair from technical instructions. Employees in these areas have an artisan level of skill and are able to support aircraft requirements.

Tool and Jig Department

The manufacturing operations and aircraft programs are supported by a Tool and Jig department that are fully capable of the design and manufacture of any necessary tooling, jigs and fixtures as well as the maintenance of all our jigs.
