IMP Aerospace Division

Since its formation in 1970, IMP Aerospace has earned a reputation as a leader in the field of military aircraft engineering, depot level maintenance and related specialized services.

The Aerospace Division provides depot level engineering and maintenance support to the Canadian Department of National Defense (DND) and the United States Navy on the following military aircraft platforms:

• Sikorsky CH-124 (H-3/S-61) Sea King
• Lockheed Martin CP-140 (P-3) Aurora (Orion)
• Agusta Westland CH-149 (EH101) Cormorant

The Aerospace Division is a Lockheed Authorized P-3 Service Center and is approved by Transport Canada as a Design Approval Organization (DAO).

Our technical support services include:

• Aircraft Structural Modifications
• Structural Life Assessment and Extension Programs
• Avionics Modernization and Installation Design
• Integrated Logistics Support & Fleet Management
• Technical Publications, Translation and Illustrations
• Full In-Service Support for the Cormorant (CH149) SAR helicopters.

Aerospace is fully certified as an Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO) and Aircraft Technical Organization (ATO) for the Cormorant and other DND Aircraft.
