Machining Division

The Machining Division, located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada is an AS9100 certified, state-of-the-art facility capable of machining complex geometric parts in a fully integrated CAD/CAM environment.

Highly qualified staff employ the latest in computer integrated manufacturing technologies to meet the stringent requirements of the aerospace, military, and  automotive industry customers. PC workstations running advanced CAD/CAM software is networked to CNC milling and turning centers for flexible and efficient production.

 

Quality and Service

The fully tooled Quality Department makes use of a state of the art Coordinate Measuring Machine and the latest software to inspect parts directly from the 3D-model. Current customers include Bombardier Aerospace, Curtis-Wright Flight Controls, General Dynamics Land Systems, Innotech Aviation, Michelin Tire and Rheinmetal to name a few.
