Since its formation in 1970, IMP Aerospace Division has earned a reputation as a leader in the field of military aircraft engineering, depot level maintenance, and related specialized services such as technical publications. In addition, IMP Aerospace has developed extensive manufacturing and repair capabilities in avionics and aircraft components. IMP Aerospace Division is currently the Canadian Department of National Defense’s “Centre of Excellence” for the CP140 Aurora (P-3) and CH124 Sea King (H-3) programs. IMP Aerospace is recognized by Lockheed Martin Corporation’s as a Licensed P-3 Aircraft Service Center – one of only three in the world. The Aerospace Division is registered by BSI to be fully compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, as well as a wide range of Transport Canada and Commercial Standards. IMP Aerospace Division is located at the Halifax Robert L. Stanfield International Airport, 25 minutes away from Halifax, Nova Scotia.
