August 4, 1998 "Innotech-Execaire Makes Senior Appointments at Western Operation" Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, David Miller, has appointed Ken Dandy Vice President, International Business Development for the group, effective immediately. Previously Vice-President, Western Region for Innotech Aviation, Dandy has been with the company for more than thirty years. He will bring his long experience and broad knowledge of the international business aviation market to the services of all four of the Aviation Group's member companies. Dandy's responsibilities will now include initiating and co-ordinating all business activities in the Pacific Rim, Western Canada and Western US. In this role, he will represent Innotech Aviation Limited, Execaire Inc., Pacific Avionics & Instruments Inc. and Innotech Aviation Services Inc., cooperating with the senior management of these companies and promoting the unique synergies between them. His operating responsibility for recently acquired Pacific Avionics & Instruments continues. Along with this change, the responsibility for Innotech Aviation's Vancouver base will be assumed by General Manager Nigel Argent, who will now report directly to Miller, as will Dandy. Argent has been with Innotech for the past year and has wide experience in the aviation business in Canada and the US. These moves are part of Innotech's continued commitment to grow the base as a key element in the Aviation Group's strategy for the West. The Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group is a full service business aircraft company, with operations in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, specializing in aircraft sales, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, flight operations and aircraft management, as well as operating a network of Fixed Base Operations in Eastern Canada. The Aviation Group is a core business unit of I.M.P. Group International Inc., a multinational company with aviation, airline, aerospace and commercial interests. - 30 - [Back to 1998 News] |
