"Innotech-Execaire and Rolls-Royce Canada Sign
Co-operative Marketing Agreement"

The Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group of Montreal and Rolls-Royce Canada have signed an agreement which will allow them to co-operate on marketing opportunities involving aircraft equipped with Rolls-Royce engines (Spey, Tay, AE3007C and BMW-Rolls BR710).

The agreement allows for quick turnaround times for removal and reinstallation of engines on aircraft such as Gulfstream II, III, IV & V, as well as Bombardier's new Global Express long range business jet. Innotech will provide engine removal and replacement facilities, AOG troubleshooting and 24-hour service technician availability in both Montreal and Vancouver.

"This agreement marks a milestone in Innotech-Execaire's business strategy to align itself with the biggest and best players in the industry to provide exceptional customer service", states Dave Miller, the Aviation Group's Executive Vice-President & COO.

"Operators of Gulfstream business jets, and now, the new Bombardier Global Express, all Rolls-Royce powered, will be able to take advantage of Innotech's comprehensive refurb, maintenance and avionics shops while their aircraft engines are at the Rolls Royce facilities adjacent to Montreal International Airport", Miller added.

The Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group provides aircraft maintenance, refurbishment, FBO services, aircraft sales and managed flight operations across Canada. The Aviation Group is a core business unit of I.M.P. Group International Inc., a multinational company with aviation, airline, aerospace and commercial interests.
