Ducimus Capital Inc. Expands into Nova Scotia

IMP Group International Inc. is pleased to announce the expansion of its private lending subsidiary, Ducimus Capital Inc., into Nova Scotia.

Ducimus Capital Inc. provides private interim capital mortgage solutions to Canadian companies spanning various industries. Ducimus lends its funding to corporations that are temporarily unable to access traditional financing through banks and credit unions. Mortgages from $1 million to a maximum of $10 million, with terms up to two years are within the target profile. Since inception, Ducimus has funded over $250 million in mortgages.

In operation since 2018, Ducimus has been operating primarily in the Ontario marketplace. The Company, led by Trevor Gossen, is comprised of a seasoned and proven management team with years of experience in mainstream and alternative lending.
