The IMP Academy is targeted at those aspiring to have a well-paid and stable start to their career as Aircraft Maintenance Technicians. The Transport Canada accepted curriculum is provided by the Canadian Council of Aviation and Aerospace (CCAA).

The announcement makes Cascade the second contributor to join the Avionics Upgrade Program.
